EXPERIENCE

Mr. Blumenthal has been providing clinical vocational rehabilitation services to disabled and occupationally displaced individuals for over 20 years. A Certified Vocational Evaluator, he has significant expertise in vocational testing and assessment and is regarded by his peers as one of the country’s leaders in this area. He has been retained by plaintiff and defense attorneys throughout the Midwest on cases involving personal injury, employment law (ADA), disability benefits and workers’ compensation. He has made presentations nationally and has written extensively on an array of topics relating to disability and return to work.
