EXPERIENCE
Cynthia has over 30 years experience providing vocational rehabilitation services to people with physical, psychiatric, cognitive and developmental disabilities. She has worked in diverse venues including rehabilitation centers and in community-based settings. She is frequently called upon by employers to assist disabled employees in returning to work and has consulted with them on the development of workplace accommodation and ergonomic programs. For the past 12 years she has analyzed vocational damages, determined employability and testified in numerous depositions and trials regarding the impact of disability on earning capacity. Her forensic analyses are balanced between both plaintiff and defense referrals.
