EXPERIENCE
Ms. Wolff has been providing vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with physical, cognitive and psychiatric disabilities for over twenty years. The emphasis of her work has been on evaluating the impact of disability on employability and earning capacity potential. As an adjunct to her clinical work, Ms. Wolff has rendered expert vocational opinions in workers' compensation, long term disability, personal injury, medical malpractice and divorce cases. Ms. Wolff has assisted her clients in identifying alternative occupations, focusing on transferable skills, residual functioning and local labor markets. Working closely with employers, she conducts job analyses, ergonomic assessments and recommends job accommodations and modifications. She has provided job-seeking skills training to assist her clients in returning to alternative employment. In situations when she has determined that her clients are totally disabled from returning to work, she has provided Social Security Disability Insurance assistance. For the past fifteen years, Ms. Wolff has been employed by Intracorp, a national disability management company.
