EXPERIENCE
Dr. Rosenberg has been in the rehabilitation and human services field for about 30 years.
He is credentialed as a licensed psychologist, licensed & certified rehabilitation counselor and certified as a vocational expert and earnings analyst.
He has been actively engaged in the private sector rehabilitation field since 1986. He has performed evaluations for the Veterans Administration, the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware and the U.S. Department of Labor.
Dr. Rosenberg has been accepted as an expert witness in federal court and the state jurisdictions of PA, NJ, DEL, MD, and NY in assignments for attorneys and/or insurance carriers.
He has been engaged in both plaintiff and defense work.
