EXPERIENCE
Dr. Green has worked for over 35 years in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation as a Professor, Evaluator and Clinician and has extensive experience providing expert testimony in federal, state and local court settings. As a Colonel, USA (Retired), he served as a Clinical Psychologist for a period that spanned more than 40 years. Dr. Green, a Diplomate in the American Board of Vocational Experts, is Certified with both (1) the Social Security Administration, Bureau of Hearings & Appeals, and (2) the Bureau of Hearings Appeals, U.S. Railroad Retirement Board. He is also Certified in Rehabilitation Economics (CRE) by the American Rehabilitation Economics Association. Complementing his extensive experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, Dr. Green completed additional graduate study in the field of Economics, providing him with additional expertise in assessing the earning capacity and work life expectancy of injured individuals.
