| |  | |  |  |  | | AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION Matrimonial Law, Labor and Employment EXPERIENCE For most of his career, Dr. Cohen has been employed by the U.S. Department of Labor where he served as the recognized regional expert on the use and interpretation of the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, the Occupational Outlook Handbook, the Guide to Occupational Exploration, O*NET, and other related publications. He worked with industry personnel and educational administrators to develop job-training programs consistent with future labor market projections. The programs were created for the benefit of displaced workers, individuals with disabilities and those returning to the labor force. Additionally, he administered standardized assessment instruments to determine whether interests, aptitudes, and achievement levels were consistent with job requirements and future labor market projections.
