EXPERIENCE
Ms. Grimley has been providing vocational evaluation, counseling, employability assessment, work capacity evaluation and job placement services to individuals with physical and mental challenges for over twenty years. Throughout most of her career, she has offered forensic consulting and expert services to both plaintiff and defense attorneys in a broad array of litigation and on a national basis. She has specialized expertise in The Americans with Disabilities Act and has evaluated employer compliance issues with respect to use of "essential function" job descriptions and "reasonable accommodation." Ms. Grimley is the editor of The Vocational Expert, the official newsletter publication of the American Board of Vocational Experts. She is presently conducting research involving Transferable Skills Analysis utilizing the 1998 O*NET transferable skills paradigm and the McDOT 2000.
