EXPERIENCE

Mr. LeRoy has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor since 1977, having begun his vocational rehabilitation career in 1975. He has been a counselor, vocational supervisor, and manager with several rehabilitation service providers in the New England region. He is the owner and principal of VOFORE Services (Vocational Forensics and Rehabilitation), a professional services firm based in Hinesburg, VT (near Burlington). The firm has a record of balanced case referrals from the plaintiff and defense bar. Mr. LeRoy specializes in providing forensic rehabilitation consulting and vocational expert services on a variety of cases, including personal injury, medical malpractice, divorce, long-term disability, employment law, and workers' compensation cases. His expertise includes transferable skills analysis, labor market research, job placement, rehabilitation counseling, and return to work planning. Mr. LeRoy has provided services to individuals with a variety of disabling conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders and acquired brain injury.
