EXPERIENCE

Dr. Sinsabaugh has practiced in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation for nearly thirty years as a clinician, educator and testifying vocational expert. He is currently the President of Sinsabaugh Consulting Services, P.C., a widely respected rehabilitation consulting firm in Northern Virginia. In 1992, he was awarded the honor of Counselor of the Year by the Virginia Rehabilitation Counseling Association for outstanding service to persons with disabilities. Dr. Sinsabaugh is also an authority on the implications of the Daubert decision for the provision of vocational expert testimony and has lectured on the topic to such organizations as the American Board of Vocational Experts. He has also successfully withstood a Daubert challenge (Zed S. French III vs. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. d/b/a Sam's Club; Case Number 98-2135).
