AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION

Personal Injury including orthopedic and neurological injuries and disorders, deafness and hearing impairment, head injury. Employment Law, including Title 1 of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Gann provides counseling and guidance for injured and disabled people, including vocational assessment, testing, job accommodation, job modification, transferable skills analysis and evaluation. He has been a rehabilitation counselor since 1978. He is the recipient of the "Outstanding Counselor of the Year" award for 1991 from the National Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector and the recipient of the "Kevin Karr Innovative Rehabilitation Procedure of System" award for 1999 from the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. He is fluent in American Sign Language. He is an experienced trial witness for plaintiff and defense cases in personal injury, employment law and workers' compensation. Mr. Gann served as a Commissioner for the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) which certifies rehabilitation counselors in Canada and the United States. He served on the Examination and Research Committee.
