EXPERIENCE
Mr. Meltzer has been a provider of vocational evaluation and rehabilitation and expert testimony services since 1982. He is retained by both plaintiff and defense counsel when providing expert testimony services. He provides re-employment services to persons with disabilities including vocational testing and evaluation, transferable skills analysis, job development and placement, and retraining plan development. He has been a vocational expert with the Social Security Administration, Office of Hearings & Appeals since 1982. He is an active member in various professional organizations.
